Number of Beds - 15 Number of Staff 3 FT PT; 2 PRN PT; 4 FT OT; 2 PT OT; 3 PRN OT; 1 PRN COTA; 1 FT ST; 1 PRN ST Shift for the Traveler --- M-F 8-4:30 rotating weekends Type of staff: o Day Shift Physical Therapist o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 4-5/1 Type of equipment Bioness; FES;

EMR Meditech On Call Requirements None Weekend Requirements: 1-2 weekends a month Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Good organizational and Communication skills working with the many disciplines Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Neuro Certification List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Physical therapy evaluations with varying diagnoses 75-90 minutes physical therapy treatment plans; 25-30% of our patients are stroke/neuro Team player with all disciplines-PT/OT/ST/SW/RN/MD/CRS/PPSC Developing CARE scoring with all patients for quality/reimbursement purposes Best personality Fit:
Positive, upbeat, encouraging; engaging; compassionate; motivating; REQUIRED
CERTIFICATIONS:
Utah Physical Therapy License; BLS Floating Area(s):
None Dress Code:
Scrub Color/Attire - Grey scrub top and black scrub bottoms Unit Guidelines/Policies:
