About the Position
Job Opportunity – Travel RN, Inpatient Acute Rehab – Utah

Location:
Ogden, Utah
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule:
13-week contract, 12-hour shifts (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM), day or night shift available
Highlights:
15-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit with patient ratios of 1:5 (occasionally 1:6)
Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation
State-of-the-art transfer equipment including sara steady and Hoyer lifts; newly equipped with cardiac telemetry
Collaborative care model working alongside PT, OT, and ST supporting patients in their recovery journey
13-week travel assignment with consistent scheduling
Focus on patient-centered care in a CMS-regulated acute rehab environment
Requirements:
Active Utah RN license required at time of submission
Med/surg nursing experience required; rehabilitation background preferred
BLS certification required
NIHSS certification preferred but not required
Experience with safe patient transfer techniques and mobility assistance
Skills in Foley care, NG management, PICC and midline care
