Job Description:

The role involves working as a Travel RN in the Inpatient Acute Rehab unit at Ogden Regional Medical Center. This position requires a Utah license at the time of submission and involves patient care in a 15-bed unit with a focus on rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
Med/surg nursing including rehabilitation background preferred
Meditech documentation
Floating as required, with first responsibility to fill open shifts
Rounds with patients each shift ensuring proper discharge prep
Participate in activities like ADLs, mealtime assistance, mobility transfers
Requirements:
Must have a current Utah RN license
Must possess BLS certification
NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred but not required

Experience with med/surg training, rehabilitation background a plus
Proficiency in safe patient transfer techniques
