Description:

Seeking a Travel RN for an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit.
The unit features 15 beds with patient ratios of 1:5, occasionally 1:6.
Staffing includes tech assistance based on patient volume, with no unit secretaries available.
The charge nurse is included in the patient ratio.
The unit is equipped with transfer equipment and is now wired for cardiac telemetry.
Documentation is managed through a designated system.
Shifts are primarily night hours.
Float policy indicates contract labor is the first to float.
Patient experience involves rounding each shift to ensure adequate discharge preparation.
Patients are required to participate in therapy for three hours daily with various specialties.
Additional skills required include transfer training, Foley care, NG management, and PICC/midline care.
Dress code requires navy scrubs, both top and bottom.
Unit policies must adhere to established guidelines.
