A company is looking for an Associate Director, Adolescent Mental Health Guides.

Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 9-12 Adolescent Mental Health Coaches, conducting training and supervision to maintain high standards of care Oversee clinical supervision for patient coaching, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and effective crisis management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated interventions and adapt to changing workflows

Required Qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role 3+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments Ability to work two evenings per week
