Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Social Worker in Behavioral Health to join a collaborative team dedicated to patient well‑being. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, lead daily therapy groups, and coordinate discharge planning for high‑risk patients.
You will assess for suicidal ideation, coordinate crisis interventions, and work with social, nursing, medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care throughout admission to discharge.
