Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, community members
• Collaborate with all other team members of the child's educational environment
• Client observations
• Conducting functional behavior assessments including functional analyses
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients' behavior intervention plans
• Develop and implement skills acquisition programming
• Providing feedback and supervision to RBT's
• Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred)
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team
• Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass background check
