Patient Service Representative

Intermountain Health -  - Responsibilities:
Greets and checks in/out patients, verifies information, and provides courteous connections with patients via phone, in person, or secure messaging.;
Documents all phone calls accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).;
Schedules patient appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, and consultations.;
Registers patients over the phone or in person by confirming and updating demographic data on the registration system.;
Assists patients in completing forms to meet regulatory and billing needs prior to receiving clinical care.
