ABT provides the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, serving families across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland.

We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The role offers full‑time or part‑time options with a salary up to $95,000 annually (state dependent), sign‑on and relocation bonuses, and a supportive work environment.

• Conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and skills assessments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Model and train ABA technicians in behavior support and skill plans.
• Provide family consultations to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies, and produce routine progress summaries.

• Valid BCBA certification.
• Experience with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license for travel between assignments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
