• Conduct pre-donation medical screening.
• Interact and respond to customer needs.
• Assess donor suitability and engage in set‑up.
• Provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
• Ensure all donor screening information is complete.
• Maintain donor confidentiality.

Work is performed in a plasma center. Exposure to biological fluids with potential infectious organisms, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold below 32°F while working in a plasma freezer. Personal protective equipment such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear is required. Tasks include sitting or standing for the entire shift, bending, twisting neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day, frequent hand movements, precise coordinated movements, occasional squatting or crouching, light lifting up to 15 lbs with a maximum of 50 lbs, hearing acuity essential, color perception/discrimination, and near and far vision corrected to specified levels.

Employees must comprehend and follow instructions, perform a wide range of complex tasks with variable demands and changing conditions, and relate sensitive information to diverse groups.
