You must hold a current Utah license as a CSW/LCSW, ACMHC/CMHC, or AMFT/LMFT, stay in good standing, and commit to full licensure within two years.
A trainee option may apply with wage DOE; must have a valid Utah driver license and be willing to work two evenings until 7 PM.
