is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for an inpatient cardiovascular assignment in Salt Lake City, Utah, covering a day shift from November through January.
The clinician will perform inpatient rounds and heart failure management, with on-site care and EPIC EMR documentation, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no call obligations.
Required qualifications include Utah medical license and Utah DEA registration;
Heart Failure Certification is negotiable.
