We are seeking a friendly, organized Medical Receptionist / Patient Services Representative to join a well-established nonprofit healthcare organization providing compassionate, affordable primary care to individuals and families throughout the community.
A Schedule That’s Hard to Beat
Full-Time – Four 10-Hour Shifts
Tuesday–Friday
Saturday, Sunday & Monday OFF every week!

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits - Prior Authorizations
- Confirm and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Collect copays and payments when applicable
- Maintain accurate information in the electronic medical record
- Assist with referrals, records, forms, and other front-office needs
- Communicate with providers and clinical staff
- Provide friendly, compassionate service to bilingual spanish patients and families
What We’re Looking For
- Previous medical receptionist, medical office, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits is highly preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical records
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
