School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Ogden, Utah

Step into an impactful role supporting K-6th grade students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the  school year. With a full 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, you'll focus on a single site serving around 70 students. Immediate start dates are available, with the contract extending as needed.

Ideal candidates bring school-based experience and are comfortable supervising an onsite Speech-Language Technician (SLT). The position requires relevant SLP licensure along with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Those familiar with teletherapy and flexible in delivering both in-person and remote services will thrive in this setting.

• Current and valid SLP license for Utah
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Direct school-based SLP experience
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Comfortable managing a K-6 caseload of approximately 70 students
• Open to supervising an onsite Speech-Language Technician
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy sessions both one-on-one and small group
• Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families
• Supervise and mentor the onsite SLT
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
