What you will doThe Manager, Professional Affairs
-OTC plays a critical role in building and activatingtrusted strategic relationships with healthcare professionalthought leadersandprofessional organizations to advanceourOTCportfolio of brands within Pain and Allergy care.
The Manager, Professional Affairs,OTChelps toshape and execute
Kenvue’sprofessionalstakeholderengagement strategy and works closely with Medical Affairs,HCPMarketing,R&D,Legal/Compliance and external healthcare stakeholders to strengthen
Kenvue’sscientific credibility, advance professional education, and support responsible engagement withinfluential stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Strategy& Professional Activation
- Develop and executefocused professionalengagementplans forOTCportfolio, aligned to business priorities, scientificstrategyand applicable healthcare compliance requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, professional societies and external experts to understand clinical needs, practicetrendsandestablishinfluentialnetwork of partners,advocates across healthcare professional ecosystem.
- Identifyareasof alignment with priority healthcare professional stakeholders and societies anddrive strategic co-creation and collaboration to strengthen scientific credibility and nurture advocacy.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with KOLs, professional associations, and scientific influencers to support evidence-based self-care.
- In partnership with Medical Affairs, plan and deliverexpert panels,advisory boardsandsponsoredprofessional education initiatives to advance healthcare professional education and elevate scientific thought leadership of our brands.
- Support creation of professional‑facing content and engagement materials in partnership with Medical Affairs.
- Ecosystem Mapping & Insights
- Maintain up‑to‑date professional ecosystem mapsidentifyingkey KOLs, digital influencers, and relevant organizations.
- Track professional trends, society priorities, clinical developments, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
- Mine and translate clinical practice insights and healthcare professionalstakeholderfeedback into actionable recommendations for professional education, claims support, productstrategyand portfolio priorities.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Brand Teams, R&D, Communications, and Regulatory to align activities.
- Manage operational components including congress planning, sponsorship execution, grants, and partnerships in compliance with policy.
