- Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Lead, mentor, and support RBTs
- Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
- Partner closely with families and caregivers
- Maintain professional documentation and compliance
- Active BCBA certification and any required state credentials
- Strong clinical judgment with a family-centered approach
- Passion for collaboration, teaching, and problem-solving
