Lead Weekday CNA – Monday–Thursday | Guaranteed Hours | $20/Hour

Assisting Hands Home Care – Davis & Weber Counties is looking for an experienced, highly dependable CNA to join our team as a Lead Weekday Caregiver
.

This is a unique position for a CNA who values guaranteed weekly income, a consistent Monday–Thursday commitment, and Fridays and weekends off
.

This position requires consistent availability:

The Lead Weekday Caregiver is guaranteed a minimum of 20 paid hours every week at $20/hour
, even during weeks when 20 hours of client coverage are not needed.

Depending on client needs, you may work additional hours, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week
.

Our Lead Weekday Caregiver is our go-to CNA when we need dependable weekday coverage.

You may assist with:

• Open client shifts
• Caregiver call-offs
• New client starts
• Short-notice coverage
• Morning, daytime and evening assignments
• Supporting clients with a variety of care needs
• Helping ensure continuity of care when schedules unexpectedly change

Some assignments may be scheduled well in advance. Others may arise unexpectedly and require short-notice availability.

you are free to use your time as you wish
. However, during the Monday–Thursday availability period, you must remain reachable, respond to coverage requests within 30 minutes
, and remain able to accept assignments and travel to clients within a reasonable amount of time.

This position is specifically designed to provide dependable coverage when our clients and caregiving team need additional support.

Maintaining availability and accepting coverage assignments during the designated availability period are essential responsibilities of the Lead Weekday Caregiver role.

This position is best suited for someone who is flexible, dependable and comfortable stepping into different client situations. If you need a traditional schedule where you select which weekday shifts you would like to work, this may not be the right position for you.

• Flexibility to accept assignments with limited notice
• Ability to work mornings, afternoons and evenings
• Commitment to maintaining the required Monday–Thursday availability
