The Activities Center Attendant serves as a key point of contact for guests, supporting daily operations while delivering a professional, welcoming, and positive guest experience for Crater activities.
Responsibilities- Assists guests with Crater check‑in, including waiver completion and payment processing.
- Assists with reservations for Crater activities, ensuring accuracy and a positive guest experience.
- Answers incoming calls and manages email correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
- Completes end‑of‑day closeout procedures in accordance with established guidelines.
- Maintains regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company standards; wears the appropriate uniform or attire.
- Maintains open and effective communication with team members and management.
- Attends and participates in team meetings.
- Adheres to established safety and emergency procedures and protocols; this includes company, federal, and state‑specific regulations and guidelines.
- Completes all required company training/compliance courses assigned.
- Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education:
Less than a high school education.
Experience:
No prior experience or training required.
