Hourly Pay Rate: $14.75, $0.25 raise after initial training

Shift: Morning, beginning at 7:30 AM (minimum availability required)
Work‑Study eligible preferred

This part‑time role is an introduction to the technical field with duties including computer desktop support, system monitoring, and a wide variety of technical support and troubleshooting tasks. No prior technical experience is necessary; training will be provided.

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Past customer service experience
• Excellent computer troubleshooting skills

• Operate, activate, use, and prepare equipment; convey detailed instructions accurately and quickly.
• Engage in sedentary work, sitting most of the time; occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Read and transcribe using a computer terminal; extensive reading required.

Hourly wages begin at $14.75, with a $0.25 increase following initial training. Part‑time hours allow flexibility to accommodate class schedules.
