Digital Architect of the Human Interface

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Experience, this role will shape the next generation of SUSE digital interfaces, creating dynamic, personalized content and emerging interaction models such as AI-powered search and conversational web interfaces.

• Lead design of next‑generation digital interfaces where users interact with autonomous AI agents, defining how dynamic content modules and AI‑powered discovery work together in conversational interaction models.
• Build high‑fidelity interactive prototypes that demonstrate the real‑world value of the SUSE portfolio, enabling customers to experience the product before purchase.
• Create visually compelling interfaces that translate complex technical concepts into intuitive narratives, making SUSE’s value and ROI immediately visible to prospects.
• Collaborate with the UX Governance Lead to identify and resolve critical digital friction points, optimizing conversion velocity from marketing discovery to conversion.
• Partner across Brand, Product, and IT to maintain a unified "One SUSE" design language across all digital touchpoints.
• Serve as an internal design consultant, establishing standards for the SUSE digital design system, including accessibility, mobile‑first responsiveness, and performance‑centric design.

• 8–10+ years in UX/Product Design or HCI, with a portfolio showcasing complex journey orchestration in a high‑growth SaaS or infrastructure technology company.
• Expert‑level command of Adobe, Figma, interactive prototyping tools, and modern design platforms.
• Technical fluency in cloud‑native architectures, APIs, and data structures to inform interface design.
• Based in the United States (preferably Utah/Intermountain hub).

• Human‑centered design and delivery of visually compelling web experiences.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, aligning design strategy with revenue targets.
• Analytical reasoning, using behavioral data to iterate on design variations and improve digital funnel metrics.
