Pay Grade & Salary: Hourly Pay Rate $14.75, $0.25 raise after initial training.
Job SummaryThis part‑time position is an introduction to the technical field. Duties include computer desktop support, system monitoring, and a wide variety of technical support and troubleshooting tasks. No prior technical experience is required.
Work Schedule & AvailabilityApplicants must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Shift schedules are flexible to accommodate class schedules, but applicants must be available for shifts beginning at 7:30 AM Monday–Friday. Work‑study eligible preferred.
Qualifications- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Past customer service experience and excellent computer troubleshooting skills.
Starting hourly wage: $14.75. A $0.25 per hour raise is provided after initial training.
