Head of Technology

At ENVE, we’re looking for an experienced technology leader to help shape the future of our technology within our newly global organization. This isn’t a traditional IT management role. We’re seeking someone who can build teams, develop technology strategy, and translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions that help our company grow.

You’ll oversee both our internal IT operations and our software engineering capabilities—including enterprise applications, ERP strategy, web development, data warehousing, and business intelligence—while partnering with technical specialists who own the day‑to‑day infrastructure. ENVE Composites, based in Ogden, Utah, is a leading manufacturer of premium carbon fiber bicycle components and bikes. This role combines strategic technology leadership with practical execution. You’ll help define ENVE’s technology roadmap while leading the people, vendors, and systems that keep our business moving.

Working closely with executive leadership, you’ll oversee:

• Enterprise business systems and ERP strategy
• Internal IT operations and technology support
• Web application development
• Data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives
• Cybersecurity governance and risk management
• Global technology initiatives supporting our U.S. headquarters and international operations

You’ll lead a talented group—including internal employees, consultants, and external partners—ensuring the right expertise is in place while removing roadblocks and aligning technology investments with business objectives.

Within your first 12–18 months, you’ll help ENVE:

• Build a scalable global technology strategy.
• Continue strengthening our ERP environment.
• Advance our data warehouse and business intelligence capabilities.
• Develop high‑performing IT and engineering teams.
• Improve cybersecurity and technology governance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
• Create technology systems that support ENVE’s continued global growth.

$155k – $165k annually, depending on experience
