Salesforce Program Manager

Own quality for the program PMO's Salesforce platform. You will design and execute functional, regression, integration, security, and performance testing across Lightning components, Omni Studio, and Experience Cloud — and build the automated test suites that keep releases clean.

Arlington, VA (Crystal City);
Fort Meade, MD;
Chambersburg, PA (Letterkenny Army Depot);
Ogden, UT (Hill AFB); or Oklahoma City, OK (Tinker AFB). On-site at a Government facility; limited local telework of unclassified work with Government approval.

• Draft test plans and test cases for Lightning Web Components, OmniScripts, and Experience Cloud sites against approved wireframes.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across workflows, automations, and platform upgrades.
• Test security configurations, access controls, and data protection measures.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts; coordinate cross-browser and mobile compatibility testing.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders; maintain defect tracking and test reporting.

• 5 years total experience in a Salesforce enterprise role, with hands-on testing of Omni Studio, Experience Cloud, permissions/sharing, and integrations;
  Agile and Atlassian suite experience including test plan development and automation.
• Active Secret clearance (T3 investigation; interim acceptable at start).
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder — required.
• Meets DoD 8140 requirements for Work Role 673, Software Test & Evaluation Specialist (Intermediate).

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Provar, or similar) for Salesforce.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent formal QA credential.
• Prior testing work on federal/DoD Salesforce or case-management systems.

Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder (required). DoD 8140 WRC 673 (Intermediate) examples: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or other options in the current DoD 8140 Qualification Matrix.
