Market Star is seeking a Help Desk Technician II in Ogden, UT to provide advanced technical support across phone, email, walk-up, remote, and deskside channels. You will escalate complex issues and collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve device, account, and networking problems.
You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS devices, support Entra , AD, and Microsoft 365, and document findings while mentoring junior techs. Comfort with ITIL processes is a plus.
