We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Salt Lake City office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense.

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
• Handle civil cases through trial

• Must be licensed to practice law in Utah (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 6+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense. (Required)
