Associate Attorney

Smith Knowles PLLC, with its principal office in Ogden, Utah, is looking for a motivated Associate Attorney who wants to develop real skills specifically in the HOA practice area and grow alongside experienced attorneys who value mentorship and professional balance.

The Associate Attorney will work directly with senior partners and clients. You will draft pleadings, governing documents, and correspondence; conduct legal research; assist with client meetings; and appear in court. This position offers immediate responsibility, client contact, and the opportunity to grow. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

• Position is located primarily in Ogden, Utah
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Idaho bar license.
• 2–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or related legal setting.
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
