Supply Chain Coordinator
PGS Worldwide is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Ogden, UT for a contract role supporting Northrop Grumman.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will support logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, material movement, and supply chain operations.
Required Skills- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of additional education and/or related experience.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- SAP S/4 goods issuing and goods receiving experience.
- Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience.
- Forklift operations experience.
- Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to manually receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
- Ability to verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
- Ability to prepare shipping records and bills of lading.
- Ability to route materials to destinations.
- Ability to pull and assemble kits according to schedules and deliver materials to the shop floor.
- Ability to use hand trucks, forklifts, computers, and warehouse applications.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Advanced SAP S/4 goods issue and goods receiving transaction experience.
- Experience reading Stores Pick Tickets.
- Warehouse environment experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Global supply chain experience.
- Warehouse inventory or warehouse management experience.
- Reach lift experience.
- Support supply chain manufacturing, logistics, engineering property, and supply chain operations.
- Receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
- Process and maintain material data using computers and warehouse systems.
- Verify materials by quantity, weight, and conformance.
- Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading.
- Route materials to required destinations.
- Pull and assemble kits according to production schedules.
- Deliver materials to the shop floor.
- Support manual and clerical warehouse duties as needed.
- 9x80 A schedule.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Onsite role.
- $20.00/hour
