Supply Chain Technical Coordinator

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator in Ogden, Utah for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role supports multiple disciplines across the supply chain process, including Supply Chain Manufacturing, Supply Chain Logistics, Supply Chain Business Operations, Engineering Property System, and Supply Chain Operations. The position is responsible for manual receiving, storage, movement, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.

Required

Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of additional education and/or related experience.
  • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving.
  • Excellent communication skills when working with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to perform manual and clerical duties using computers and various applications to process and maintain data.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced experience in SAP S4 Goods Issue and Goods Receiving transactions.
  • Ability to read Stores Pick Tickets.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
  • Forklift and reach lift experience.
What You'll Do
  • Support and assist activities across multiple disciplines within the supply chain process.
  • Provide administrative, technical, tactical, and execution support across supply chain business process areas.
  • Manually receive, store, move, ship, and disburse materials and equipment.
  • Use hand trucks, forklifts, computers, and various applications to complete daily responsibilities.
  • Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
  • Prepare records of materials shipped and bills of lading.
  • Route materials to destinations.
  • Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver them to the shop floor.
