  • Enter data accurately using computer systems and handheld scanners
  • Print and apply barcode labels as required
  • Issue bench stock to maintenance personnel professionally and efficiently
  • Escalate customer concerns promptly to site management for resolution
  • Cross-level stock between storage locations to meet maintenance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, or administrative support
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds daily
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (pallet jack, delivery cart, etc.)
  • Ability to read and follow basic written instructions
  • Willingness to wear required PPE (hearing protection, safety goggles, ESD wristbands, OSHA-approved safety shoes)
  • Energetic, dependable, and confident with strong practical judgment and communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to pass federal drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior DoD bench stock experience (highly desirable)
  • Prior DoD supply experience (helpful but not required)
