Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys keeping machines and facilities running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our operation in top shape.

As our new Maintenance Technician, you'll work alongside our lead maintenance tech and report to the Facilities Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive team environment.

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery in the facility
• Support preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
• Perform general facility maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment
• Work closely with the lead maintenance tech and other team members to prioritize daily tasks

• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Basic electrical knowledge or experience is a big plus
• Ability to work well under direction and as part of a team
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn
• Dependable, safety‑minded, and detail‑oriented
• Flexibility to work on projects before or after hours if needed
