Custodian Part-Time Evening

At Verde Clean, we're dedicated to creating clean, healthy, and sustainable environments. As a Custodian, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities. This part‑time role (14 hours per week) is scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays from 5 pm–10 pm or 6 pm–11 pm. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; wipe down surfaces such as desks, tables, and counters; clean and disinfect restrooms.
• Restocking Supplies: Keep restroom supplies stocked and monitor all supplies throughout the facility.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
• Safety & Security: Identify hazards, report them to the supervisor, and maintain a secure environment.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to staff, visitors, and team members.

• Experience: Minimum one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment, knowledge of safety protocols, work independently, and interact courteously.
• Physical Requirements: Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lb; comfortable using cleaning tools and equipment.

Daily stretch and flex sessions promote wellness and injury prevention.
