Hourly Pay Rate: $11.75
Job SummaryIndividual will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining buildings including offices, classrooms, restrooms, lounges and other areas, and also help with event set up and tear down when needed. Positions available during a 4 – 5 hour block starting at 4pm depending on available openings. 20 hours minimum per week required. Required on‑call rotation during winter months for snow removal, usually called in between 5-6am in the morning.
** This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

Physical Activity:
Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc. using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Agility is emphasized. Maintaining equilibrium to prevent falling. Walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces. Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, haul or tug objects. Lifting. Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally. Expressing or exchanging ideas. Repetitive motion.
Physical Requirements:
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Visual Acuity Requirements:
Include color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).
Environmental Conditions:
The worker is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The worker is subject to outside environmental changes. No effective protection from the weather. The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. The worker is subject to extreme cold. Temperatures typically below 32 for periods of more than one hour.
The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 for periods of more than one hour. The worker is subject to noise. The worker is subject to vibration. The worker is subject to hazards. The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions. The worker is frequently in close quarters, crawl spaces, shafts, man holes, small enclosed rooms, small sewage and line pipes, and other areas that could cause claustrophobia.
The worker is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
