LK Jordan & Associates is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Plant Janitorial Associate for a manufacturing facility in Ogden, TX. This is a hands‑on position responsible for keeping production equipment, work areas, and facility grounds clean, organized, and safe. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, and can work independently in an industrial environment.

• Clean production machinery, including cement mixers and block-making equipment.
• Remove concrete buildup, dust, and debris from machinery and surrounding areas.
• Maintain outdoor grounds by collecting trash and keeping areas free of debris.
• Perform general janitorial duties in restrooms, offices, and employee break areas.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Keep walkways, production areas, and common spaces clean and free of hazards.
• Assist with light maintenance and other general plant duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, industrial cleaning, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically active, and comfortable working around industrial equipment. Experience in manufacturing, construction cleanup, warehouse housekeeping, or commercial janitorial work would be a plus.
