The office manager will ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at all times and assure customer issues are resolved in a timely professional manner.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
- Coordinate and administer general business office activities
- Supervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, faxing, telephone, stationary supplies, order processing and security
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Design more efficient ways of processing work
- Develop working relationships with vendors
- Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs
- Resolve branch-level employee issues
- Strong leadership skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and clean appearance
Preferred
Skills:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Auto titling and auto industry experience
- Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment process
