Role Description

The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ogden, UT. The Assistant Manager will support property management operations, assist in leasing activities, oversee tenant relations, and handle financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day property issues, monitoring occupancy rates, supervising staff, and contributing to achieving property revenue objectives. Ensuring compliance with company policies, providing exceptional customer service, and promptly addressing resident inquiries and concerns are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in property management, tenant relations, and leasing processes.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Team management and leadership experience, with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
• Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in property management software and basic computer applications.
• Previous experience in multi-family property management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Utah property laws and regulations is an advantage.
