Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of telecommunication services for new and existing customers. In this role, you will ensure broadband services are installed, activated, and supported efficiently while maintaining service‑level targets across a high‑volume customer base. You will manage the relationship between customers, internal teams, contractors, and field operations to ensure a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee broadband service delivery from order acceptance to onboarding/installation, upgrade, move requests, and trouble resolution.
• Track service delivery KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Elevate customer experience and improve the service delivery process.
• Improve operational outcomes by reducing costs, streamlining processes and decreasing churn.
• Lead and develop team members in alignment with HR and company standards.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years telecom service delivery experience
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads and handle confidential information
