Help

* Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short/long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.

* Plans, develops and directs cross-functional comprehensive TW resource planning and programming processes.

* Leads or participates in the development, coordination, and approval of numerous TW informational documents (briefings, bullet background papers, spreadsheets, etc) in response to Higher Headquarters or Congressional staffer taskings.

* Leads and participates in resource studies to improve Wing and Group organizational direction and focus.
