Leadingofprojectstaffintheprocessofcompletingprojectsandensuringcontractcompliance

Organizingandoverseeingjobsiteadministration

Organizingandcoordinatingfieldsupervision

Creatingandsubmittingprojectrelatedinvoices

Assistingintheprocurementofsubcontractorsandsuppliers

Developing,monitoring,updating,andcommunicatingtheprogressscheduleanditsperiodicrevisions

Managingthedirectlaborforceandmaintaininglaborrelations

Managingsubcontractorschedules,quality-of-work,coordinationwithothertrades,and payments

Coordinatingcost-progresstargetswithproduction

Creatingandmaintainingasafe/securejobsiteenvironment

Identify,document,andresolveprojectchanges,RFIs,andmodifications.

Establishingandmaintainingrelationshipswiththe Owner,design professionals,buildingofficials,localbusinesses,andpoliceandfiredepartments

Establishing,maintaining,conducting,andpolicingdetailedproceduresforthesubmittal,review,coordination,approval,anddistributionofshopdrawings,samples,etc.

Establishingandmaintainingallprojectengineeringfilesrelatingtosubcontractandbidpackagerecords,plans,specifications,changes,clarifications,andas-builtdocuments

Reviewingallvendorschedulesofvaluesandpreparethemasterscheduleofvalues

Managingtheperiodicrequisitionprocedureforreview,submittal,and payment

Expeditingvendorestimatesandproposalsandpreparingappropriatecompanyestimatesandproposals

Evaluatingsubcontractorpaymentrequisitionsrelativetoactualworkperformed

Coordinating on-sitefieldoperationswithcorporateofficeactivities
