Warehouse Supervisor

Reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime.

Position Details

Starting salary: $20.00 per hour, may be higher based on experience and local wage requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training, and providing professional development for all associates.
  • Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and confirm that cycle counts are completed.
  • Maintain security and safety of the warehouse, reporting any accidents and communicating issues to branch management.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
  • Prior experience in inventory control processes and inventory management.
  • 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
  • Material Handling Equipment Certification.
  • Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Great communication skills and the desire to lead a team.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $15.58 – $33.85 per hour. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
