Contract Performance Manager
Serve as the central point of contact for all contract performance matters and maintain effective communication with the KO, COR/ACOR, TPOC, Government technical monitors, and company leadership.
Manage overall contract execution to ensure all work complies with contract terms, PWS requirements, accepted plans, deliverables, service levels, and Government direction within scope.
Coordinate staffing, work schedules, surge support, cross-training, task prioritization, travel requirements, status reporting, issue escalation, and workforce continuity.
Ensure the contractor maintains an adequate and stable workforce for uninterrupted performance during required support hours and for authorized after-hours, weekend, holiday, repair, test, or documentation support when directed.
Coordinate preparation, delivery, maintenance, and updates of required management plans, including work plan, phase-in/phase-out plans, quality control plan support, telework plan if applicable, security/access/property procedures, safety, and other required contract documentation.
Oversee contract cost discipline, direct/indirect labor awareness, reimbursable labor reporting inputs, labor category tracking, and staffing changes/backfills in coordination with the KO and COR.
Manage performance risks, identify issues within required timelines, initiate corrective action, and ensure written follow-up reports are provided where required.
Attend post-award, progress, performance evaluation, technical coordination, status, and ad hoc Government meetings; provide knowledgeable managerial or technical representation as required.
Ensure contractor personnel are properly identified as contractor employees in communications, workspace, meetings, correspondence, and reports.
Ensure all contract personnel meet qualification, certification, training, clearance, installation access, CAC, OPSEC, IA, ATCTS, AUP, PII, and other onboarding/offboarding requirements.
Maintain continuity of operations during absences by designating the Alternate PM and notifying the COR when the PM is absent.
