Position: CNC Operator I

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery and assist with the machining and assembly of components, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility.
  • Assemble components according to specifications and production schedules.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Previous experience in machining or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and deburring tasks.
  • Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience in machining or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and deburring tasks.
  • Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Stand and move around the shop floor for extended periods.
  • Lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with good manual dexterity.
  • Work safely in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
ITAR REQUIREMENTS
