Pack Operator - Rotating Shift

Rotating 12‑hour shift from days to nights on a monthly basis: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Week 1 schedule (48 h):
Mon – off, Tue–Wed – on, Thu–Fri – off, Sat–Sun – on. Week 2 schedule (36 h):
Mon – on, Tue–Wed – off, Thu–Fri – on, Sat–Sun – off.

We are hiring a Full‑Time Production Associate at Ardent Mills, a leading flour milling and ingredients company in North America.

• Operate pack equipment and perform packing of products.
• Carry out sanitation duties to meet food safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance within the pack department to support the production process.

• Ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
• Climb ladder, step, and extension.
• Lift objects up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at shoulder level and below.
• Work safely in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while wearing PPE such as a dust mask.
• Work in elevated areas above 4 feet.
• Clean shaven to allow proper fit of respiratory protection (including N‑95 dust mask).
