In this manufacturing role you will operate advanced, high-speed production equipment, maintain equipment, support material handling, and collaborate with team members to ensure safe, quality, and consumer-focused production.
Core Responsibilities- Adhere to safety, quality, and customer focus standards throughout the site.
- Prepare, move, deliver and inspect materials.
- Support water stream and recycling initiatives.
- Provide machine support through housekeeping, 5S, startup preparations, manual stacking, and loading.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support machine effectiveness and efficiency.
- Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of continuous work experience, ideally in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Must pass a pre-employment assessment, drug and background screening, and a Physical Abilities Test (PAT).

Starting hourly wage: $21.91 USD. Overtime pay and wage increases are available.
