Shift: 1st
Full Time, W2/Contract with full benefits package available. 6-month project that may get extended.

• Support shop floor production activities, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, collaborate with quality and engineering teams, and contribute to front‑end process development, design integration, and ERP system support.
• Interpret drawings, conduct design verification and manufacturability reviews.
• Develop and maintain BOMs, routings, and process plans.
• Create DFX files and support detailed part/drawing definition.
• Manage ERP data (BOM, routing, material master) alignment.
• Support shop floor builds, troubleshooting, and process execution.
• Drive process improvements (cycle time, flow, cost, efficiency).
• Perform material selection and technical definition (weld trees, specs).
• Execute quality activities (ballooning, IDC, FAI, Q‑notes, reports).
• Maintain documentation, configuration control, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in manufacturing fulfillment, production planning, or scheduling.
• Experience supporting build‑to‑print manufacturing environments with hands‑on exposure to assembly, welding, and/or machining processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems.
• Shop floor experience a plus.
• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work.

• Build, assembly, weld, and/or machining experience.
• Infor Visual ERP.
