Our solutions help ensure mission success for the Department of Defense at Hill AFB. K  provides logistics supply support to a variety of customers located at Hill AFB.

Fast‑paced warehousing environment that includes receiving, picking, processing, and delivering actuator and pump parts for several different aircraft platforms.

• Coordinate daily logistical operations, including inventory control.
• Review inventory to ensure that product adjustments are properly applied.
• Plan and schedule kits to internal customers based on production needs.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of goods to customers by investigating and resolving detention issues.
• Run item availability reports daily.
• Track kits and parts to ensure all parts are available to complete kits.
• Maintain good communication practices with supply chain team.
• Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
• Receive F Condition Asset from Parker/USG; unpack and de‑trash unit from shipping container.
• Take photos of containers and assets as required (when damaged/missing goods received).
• Retain all pertinent paperwork received with asset (DD1574, DD1348, AFTO 350, VIDS/MAF, etc.).
• Validate paperwork matches asset and unit delivered is correct asset.
• Scan all paperwork and keep electronic copy on file (5 years).
• Receive unit into the Parker Repair on‑line (ROL) system (create job number).
• Release ROL job into MSS (Parker MRP/WIP) system.
• Induct asset into CAV system.
• Receive detail parts from Parker OEM divisions, ensuring received material quantities match shipping memo (inventory invoice).
• Validate inventory quantities in MSS and move to appropriate location/locator, ensuring FIFO when relieving on‑hand inventory.
• Kit detailed parts when the customer triggers a need for material.
• Conduct monthly/annual cycle counting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead.
• Work mandatory overtime up to 10 hours daily and occasional weekends.

• Knowledge in using Microsoft tools:
  Excel (basic formulas) and Outlook.
• Good at multi‑tasking, with strong communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Access to Air Force Base required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of directly related work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Minimum two years’ supply clerk experience.
• Knowledge of MSS, RCARD, or similar computer software systems.
