Operations Manager
Finite Scheduler – Ogden, UT
Tree House Foods, a leading manufacturer of private‑label packaged foods, is hiring a Finite Scheduler for its Ogden, UT facility.

- Translate weekly master schedule into daily line/shift level schedule, aligning priorities with plant efficiencies.
- Adjust & optimize production schedules for incoming materials or urgent orders that differ from the SIOP/IBP plan.
- Collaborate with integrated planning and plant operations to ensure coverage and schedule accuracy.
- Communicate daily with Master Scheduler and operations regarding schedule changes, minimizing disruptions.
- Leverage systems (SAP/ERP, Power BI, etc.) to continuously improve scheduling efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate effective planning processes and system set‑up, communicating with cross‑functional teams (new products, promotional events).
- Maintain systems for inventory management, customer service, and operational metrics.
- Work with material planners, warehouse, quality, and maintenance to align with company objectives.
- Attend Daily Production Communication meetings to resolve issues and assess daily changes.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, production scheduling, demand planning, or operations.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Power BI, SAP/ERP; ability to create and analyze reports.
- Professional communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to present information clearly to various departments.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Self‑motivated with multitasking, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
Full‑time, on‑site first shift; hybrid schedule requiring three days in the plant per week. Occasional flexibility for alternate shifts may be required.
