Production Operator - Utilities:

About You:
In one of our manufacturing roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Your job is to run technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborate with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging, and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
- Safety, quality and consumer focus - All work, activities and actions in the site are expected to be completed safely, and with a high level of quality and customer focus.
- Material preparation, movement, delivery and inspection.
- Waste stream and recycling support.
- Machine support through housekeeping, 5S, startup preparations, manual stacking and loading.
- All other duties assigned to support machine effectiveness and efficiency.
- Consistent work experience.
- Ideally in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Organization communication across multiple teams.
- Able to self-direct and work unsupervised.
- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED or Grade 12 certificate.
- Have 1 or more years of continuous work experience.
- Be able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- Pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug and background screening.
- Pass a post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
- Lead by purpose and be driven by you.

The position is eligible for overtime pay and available pay increases within the first year.

USA-UT-Ogden. Additional Locations: worker type employee worker sub-type regular time type full time. This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
