Layup Coordinator

Join a premium composite bicycle manufacturer in Ogden as a Layup Coordinator earning $18/hour with Monday-Friday day shift hours. You'll play a critical role in creating high-end bicycle components using advanced composite materials in a clean, precision manufacturing environment.

• Cut and prepare raw pre-preg composite materials according to exact specifications
• Coordinate daily layup schedules with supervisors and production planners
• Stage materials, kits, and tooling required for the composite layup process
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and request supplies from warehouse
• Return cured tooling to proper storage locations after production cycles
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the layup process
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe according to manufacturing standards
• Use hand tools and precision equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality results

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to consistently lift up to 55 pounds
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

• Experience with composite materials or similar precision manufacturing
• Familiarity with hand tools in a production environment
• Quick learning ability in fast-paced settings

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

$18.00 per hour with temp-to-hire opportunity for permanent placement
