Located in Hildale, Utah, we are looking for a full-time and on-site Encapsulation Specialist to join our high-performance manufacturing team. In this role, you aren’t just a button-pusher; you are a technical operator responsible for the efficiency, quality, and mechanical integrity of our machinery.

You will routinely operate, disassemble, clean, sanitize, reassemble, and stage the encapsulation and capsule polisher machines.

• Work in tandem with a Lead Operator to ensure the seamless production of high-quality dietary supplements in a sterile, cGMP-compliant environment.
• Assist in operating and monitoring encapsulation machines to ensure a consistent flow of product and zero downtime.
• Disassemble and reassemble machine components for cleaning, performance adjustments, and minor repairs using common hand tools.
• Inspect capsules for compliance, segregate non-conforming materials, and ensure all products meet strict weight and seal specifications.
• Maintain accurate batch records, quality metrics, and daily production reports in accordance with 21 CFR Part 111 and FDA regulations.
• Prepare auxiliary equipment and the encapsulation suite for production; maintain a "clean-as-you-go" sterile workspace.
• Act as a vital link between the production floor and the Team Lead to ensure machines remain running and targets are met.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or an FDA-regulated industry is a significant plus.
• Must be 18+ years old, able to lift 50 lbs, and comfortable standing for 8–12 hours.
• Dependable, on time, and possess reliable transportation.
• A calm, data-driven problem solver who is detail-oriented.

Pay:
Hourly, $19 - $21 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m.

- 2:30 p.m.
