Elevator Operator - 1st Shift

Position Overview

Full‑time Production Associate – Elevator Operator at Ardent Mills, Ogden, UT.

• Operate and maintain elevators or lifts, ensuring safe and efficient movement of raw materials.
• Perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements within production facilities.
• Rotate through various plant positions and shifts as needed.
• Support team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive, safety‑focused environment.

• Adaptable, willing to work in multiple areas and shifts.

• Ability to ascend and descend stairs, climb ladders, and use step extensions multiple times per day.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs. and exerting 20lbs. of force.
• Frequent standing, walking, rotating, bending, kneeling, twisting, and crouching.
• Work in variable indoor/outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise) with PPE.
• Clean shaven when respiratory protection is required.

Hourly wage $21.50–$22.50 with potential additional earnings based on skill and experience. Targeted bonus plan of 5% annual OIP.
